I like it when things are simple, clean, and boiled down to the essentials.

My impression is that nowadays, many websites are full of noise (lengthy texts, intrusive ads, newsletter pop-ups, etc.). So, this little side project is an attempt to create a lightweight, highly enjoyable version to share interesting informational content with you.

When it comes to myself, I’m particularly interested in the basics, like improving sleep and practicing breathing techniques. I am kind of passionate (but still pragmatic) about physical and mental strategies to quiet the body and mind.

To give you a little more context: I have a background in design & typography, mathematics, and software. Basically, I like everything that is simple and minimalist. This includes useful and meaningful software products (I work as a product manager), minimalist interior design, and stuff like purist single-speed bikes 🙂
